STRAWBERRY CLOUD

A fruity and creamy texture made with J.J Whitley Potato vodka, Fraise Des Bois and strawberry sugar syrup along with fresh strawberries, black peppercorns and lemongrass.

RHUBARB MOJITO

A twist on the traditional Mojito substituting white rum for a premium Rhubarb vodka. Homemade Rhubarb syrup combined with fresh mint leaves and zesty limes, topped with Fever Tree soda water.

THE SPICY SAILOR

The Spicy Sailor blends Old J spiced rum, strawberry liqueur with fresh strawberries and lime juice. A light touch of Malibu and strawberry syrup, completed with a light blessing of pineapple juice.

BRAMBLE

Brockmans premium flavoured gin, simple sugar syrup and the juice of half a lemon with Creme de Mure bled through crushed ice.

HONEY AND LEMON COOLER

Our Honey and Lemon cooler combines Bombay sapphire gin, limoncello along with honey syrup and freshly squeezed lemon juice completed with Fever Tree Sicilian lemonade

BASIL AND PASSION FRUIT CRUSH

Disaronno amaretto and Drambuie in equal parts constructed with passion fruit syrup, fresh basil leaves and lime wedges along with a splash of fresh orange juice.
